Superior Farms Pet Provisions Return Policy

  • If you are unhappy with the product you receive we MAY accept returns for store credit or refund on a case by case basis, and if it meets the following guide lines.
    • You must call us with your intent to return within 7 days of you receiving the product.
      • Returned items must be received within 2 weeks of you notifying us of a return
    • The product was received damaged or unusable, not normal wear and tear
      • We do not take responsibility of the trucking company damaging the product being delivered
    • Must be unused and cannot be expired
      • The product must be in the same condition as you received it.
    • The product must be returned in the original packaging along with your receipt.
    • If you purchased our product from another company (i.e. Amazon, PetSmart or Pet Food Express) you must go through that store and follow their return policy.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If you return the product we will give you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for authorization.
    • Write the RMA Number clearly on the outside of the return carton
